The Annual General Meeting of Saint Conleth's Catholic Heritage Association took place this evening preceded by a Votive Mass of the Holy Ghost celebrated in Cill Mhuire, Ballymany, Newbridge, Co. Kildare.
I regret to say that it's some kind of 'liturgical display' for November. It was MOST inconvenient for the Priest who found it extremely difficult to genuflect!
What is a liturgical display for November? I can understand if it is a primary school chapel but it seems completely out of place in this context. It cheapens the whole place (bit like the paintwork)
What is the display in front of the Altar?
ReplyDeleteThis is a really colourful church. It looks very warm and attractive but I think it doesn't really compare with the St. Elizabeth church.

Every time I see that church I hope it'll be the last. It truely is the funkiest church I wish I'd never seen!!
