Making the News (Part 6)

For some reason, Pathé newsreels feature parades of the Catholic Boy Scouts of Ireland or Boys Brigade in a great many of their newsreels.

  1. We all became soldiers of Christ at Confirmation. We need to relearn the discipline of that spirit. Thank you for this post and for the others that you have given us. They are always uplifting.

    In my time in the scouts it was the Catholic Boy Scouts of Ireland but now I think it has become multi- or non-denominational. This is just another example of what we have lost of our Catholic Heritage.
